Please include name, mailing address, e-mail address, phone #, fax # (if applicable), and please state if you are a medical professional, family, friend, caregiver, patient, etc. G-PACT Carissa will contact you with questions or to gather more information as needed. *****Check us out on the Web**** The website is available to anyone interested in learning about GP and G-PACT. The site is unique from other organization websites for many reasons including the "rays of inspiration" section which provides GPers a way to express themselves and share their feelings through the creative mind including art, music, and writing. In addition, each page has a picture of someone with GP as well as a little bit of information about the type of GP and hometown. There is a section for people to nominate a spotlight patient and read stories of others with GP, as well as view items available in the G-PACT store. On top of that, the G-PACT site is loaded with solid medical information about gastroparesis which is easy for patients and loved ones to understand. The site is also unique in that it was not designed by someone with no connection with GP at all, but instead by someone who suffers from severe GP on a daily basis. Therefore, a lot of TLC has been a part of the design process.
The webmaster is working on adding several
new portions of the website including even more services for
patients and their loved ones. One of these projects is phenomenal and
will remain undisclosed to the public until it is completed and
launched within the next few months!
The webmaster is in need of additional assistance in order to maintain and add to the website, so please write to webmaster@g-pact.org if you have an interest in this or further questions about the responsibility.
