Diabetic Gastroparesis:

Tranzyme (TZP-102)- Now named Ulimorelin
Medication to help facilitate gastric emptying (like zelnorm, domperidone)

Ulimorelin has been tested in diabetics only at this time because diabetes is a substantiated cause, but when/if approved will be used in all forms of DTP.
