Jim Sliney Jr is a medical assistant and Patient Advocate, a writer and editor, an ordained minister and teacher and creative problem solver. He graduated with a degree in creative writing from Columbia University, has worked as a clinical trial coordinator and in many roles in nonprofits including chief patient officer, interim executive director, director of operations, and board chair. Jim has a strong focus in rare disease advocacy, and patient education.
