Thank you for an amazing awareness month!

You helped make Gastroparesis Awareness Month an incredible success, and we can’t thank you enough! Whether you donated, shared your story, joined an event, volunteered your time, or helped spread the word, you were part of making it happen.

Throughout August, our community came together to raise awareness, support one another, and help more people understand what living with gastroparesis really means. We’re so grateful for your generosity and the many ways you showed up.

A Message from Our CEO, Samantha Sauer

And of course, no Awareness Month recap would be complete without a little pie! A special thank-you to our Fundraising Director, Andrew Belliveau, who founded the annual Pie Face Challenge, and to everyone who kept the tradition going this year. Here’s a look at some of the wonderfully messy moments!

Living with Gastroparesis? We Want to Hear From You!

G-PACT is conducting a research survey to better understand your path to diagnosis, experiences with healthcare providers, barriers to care, and whether you’ve received information about a gastric stimulator.

Your responses will help inform resources and advocacy tools aimed at improving care. The survey takes less than 10 minutes, is voluntary and anonymous, and collects no personally identifying information. Participants must be 18 or older and able to complete an online survey.

This research is sponsored by G-PACT and funded by Enterra Medical. Questions? Contact Study Coordinator Jim Sliney Jr. at jimslineyjr@g-pact.org.
