Recipe Wednesday - Vanilla Pudding!

Ingredients: 2 cups almond milk, 1/4 cup arrowroot powder, 6 drops liquid stevia, 2 teaspoons alcohol-free vanilla extract.Back of recipe card: How to prepare - 1. In a small pot, whisk together the almond milk, arrowroot, stevia, and vanilla. 2. Put the pot on the stove and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens, 4 to 5 minutes. 3. Remove the pot from the heat. Pour the mixture into individual ramekins and refrigerate until cooled, about 2 hours.
